- The above rates do not include linen or towels.
- Linen can be provided at an additional cost of $20 per person per stay
- Towels can be provided at an additional cost of $10 per person per stay
- A Bond of $200 may be charged, this is fully refundable within 7 days of your departure pending an inspection of the property
Please note:
We request that The Khaya is vacated by no later than 11am on the date of departure to enable us to adhere to our change over times.
Payment terms
- 50% paid as deposit within 24 hours of booking
- Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation outside of 4 weeks - full refund less 30% of deposit
- Cancellation within 4 weeks – full refund less 50% of deposit
