Welcome to our beach house, a beautiful luxury home nestled away in a secluded part of Venus Bay in Victoria, Australia.
The Khaya & surrounds
Venus Bay is a small coastal resort approximately 160km East of Melbourne (about 2 hours drive from Melbourne CBD). It is located on the coast about half way between Philip Island and Wilson's Promontory.
Just a short walk from the Khaya takes you to ‘Beach No 3’, whilst still being less than 5 minutes from the centre of Venus Bay.
Inside The Khaya
The Khaya has been designed specifically as a luxury holiday house for people looking to get away and have a complete break. Our goal is to ensure that there is something for everyone, from the youngest to the oldest members of the family.
The Khaya strikes the perfect balance between luxury and practicality. It is:
- Spacious, with ample sleeping facilities for up to 9 people, including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

- Child friendly, with porta cot and high chair available for use free of charge

- Dining, with large open plan kitchen with island bench, 8 seater dining room table and lounge with TV and DVD facilities and
- Entertainment, with large rumpus room including TV and DVD player, and a large deck with split awning and 3 burner gas barbeque.
It is these features that have made the Khaya a central feature of many memorable family holidays, and that keep many of our guests coming back year after year.
